Fabric in Sheets

Buying fabric by the yard in most designer lines is very expensive. Consider using sheets or pillowcases for your sewing needs. Approximate yardage you'll find in sheets, both flat and fitted, as well as pillowcases:

Full Sheet	5 yards
Queen Sheet	6 yards
King Sheet	7 yards
Standard Pillowcase	2/3 yard
King Pillowcase	1 yard

If you buy a twin sheet for $20.00, your cost per yard is only $5.00. Designer fabrics, such as Ralph Lauren can cost between $35-75/yard or more. You've saved up to $120 or more for the same fabric, just not off the bolt!
