Important notes:

We are committed to protecting your security and therefore may choose to ship only to addresses confirmed as tied to your form of payment. Due to reduced pricing and free shipping, we will only ship to an address that is confirmed. We have experienced fraud with shipping to an unconfirmed address. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes

If your confirmed address is a P.O. Box we will try to ship by USPS if at all possible.

Due to the increase in U.S. Postal Service fees, insurance will not be provided with a package shipped to a P.O. Box. We will not ship large, expensive or fragile items to a Post Office Box for this reason.

If we feel the ship rate is too high or have any other concerns about the order whether shipping by USPS or FedEx, we will refund your payment at our sole discretion.

NOTE: We take no responsibility for shipments to any P.O. Box or unconfirmed address for any reason, ie, if your package is lost, stolen, destroyed, delivered to the wrong address, etc.

We currently accept credit cards and e-checks with purchases made via our shopping cart through PayPal. If you are not a member, it is secure, FREE and very easy, and you are not required to set up an account. E-Checks will not ship until funds clear our account, which is normally 4-5 BUSINESS days. For your security, we may ship only to addresses that are confirmed as those tried to your account.

Please contact us if you would like to pay by money order or would like to be sent an invoice through PayPal or Google Checkout. We will accept a personal check with a three (3) week shipping delay upon receipt.

If you're using PayPal for the first time, you do not need to be a registered member and will complete the information as a one time buyer. Your credit card information is kept absolutely confidential.

If you're using Google Checkout for the first time, you only need to fill out one page of information to complete your purchase. You can shop with confidence knowing that Google will protect you from unauthorized purchases should they ever occur.

Items paid via money order are held for 7 days for payment to arrive. Payments via invoice are due within 24 hours of invoicing.

We currently do take credit card payments by phone for security reasons. Please read our privacy policy for more information as to why we do not take credit cards by phone as well as why we chose to use PayPal over other processors. We now offer PayPal Gift Certificates. You may purchase a Gift Certificate for a designated recipient, who may then redeem that Gift Certificate on purchases made with us using PayPal. You must define the recipient at the time of purchase for Gift Certificates delivered by email. Once purchased, Gift Certificates delivered by email may not be transferred to a different recipient.

A recipient must have a PayPal account and pay using PayPal in order to redeem a Gift Certificate. If the recipient does not currently have an account, they will be required to sign up for one. An account is required for security reasons for both our protection, i.e., if a certificate is lost or stolen

We currently ship FREE to addresses within the Continental United States and will ship small items to Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact us if you live in one of these States.
