Sales Tax is applied at the rate of 9.25% within the State of Tennessee.
** If you are not within the Continental U.S. and no shipping fee is charged but you confirm an order, a refund will be issued less the $.30 non-refundable transaction fee charged to us by PayPal. Please request a quote if you wish to purchase.

Packages are shipped by FedEx Ground or USPS service which includes tracking and insurance. [Please see notes regarding a P.O. Box address under Important Notes below.]
If your residential address is in a remote service area, your package most likely will ship via USPS Priority mail.
Alaska & Hawaii are not within the Continental U.S. Please request a quote to these areas. If we are able to ship for our quoted rates we will certainly do so.
All packages ship within two (2) business days.
Comforters: Due to size and weight, comforters must ship independent of one another and will incur an independent shipping fee per unit cost based on the table above. We are more than happy to ship one comforter in combination with other items, but ask kindly [and require] that if purchasing more than one comforter, each be purchased individually. Comforters are not returnable.

Important notes:

We are committed to protecting your security and therefore will ship only to addresses confirmed as tied to your form of payment. If your address is not confirmed, we may ship but will require a signature upon receipt.

FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes

If your confirmed address is a P.O. Box we will ship via USPS if at all possible. Due to the increase in U.S. Postal Service fees, we may not be able to ship via USPS and/or provide insurance for your purchase with our fees as posted. Note also that we are unable to ship large and fragile items by USPS.

HortLee's Habitat will not be liable or any loss or damage as a result of shipping via USPS to a P.O. Box.

We currently accept credit cards and e-checks with purchases made via our shopping cart through PayPal. If you are not a member, it is secure, FREE and very easy, and you are not required to set up an account. E-Checks will not ship until funds clear our account, which is normally 4-5 BUSINESS days. For your security, we ship only to addresses that are confirmed as those tried to your account.

Please contact us if you would like to pay by money order or would like to be sent an invoice through PayPal. We are no longer taking personal checks due to fraud.

If you're using PayPal for the first time, you do not need to be a registered member and will complete the information as a one time buyer. Your credit card information is kept confidential.

Items paid via money order are held for 7 days for payment to arrive. Payments via invoice are due within 24 hours of invoicing.

We do not take credit card payments by phone for security reasons. Please read our privacy policy for more information as to why we do not take credit cards by phone as well as why we chose to use PayPal over other processors. Please never hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns!

We now offer PayPal Gift Certificates. You may purchase a Gift Certificate for a designated recipient, who may then redeem that Gift Certificate on purchases made with us using PayPal. You must define the recipient at the time of purchase for Gift Certificates delivered by email. Once purchased, Gift Certificates delivered by email may not be transferred to a different recipient.

A recipient must have a PayPal account and pay using PayPal in order to redeem a Gift Certificate. If the recipient does not currently have an account, they will be required to sign up for one. An account is required for security reasons for both our protection, ie, if a certificate is lost or stolen

Shipping Region

We currently only ship to addresses within the Continental United States. We accept payments in U.S. Currency only.

Note: If you are interested in having a small item(s) shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada, we are more than happy to provide a shipping cost. A handling fee will be assessed depending upon location and insurance will be required. Please note that all cross-border fees as well as any tariff's placed on items shipped out of the country will be the responsibility of the buyer. All items shipped out of the country are not returnable or refundable for any reason and HortLee's Habitat will take no responsibility for any item(s) lost, stolen or damaged.
