Customer Guarantee

Customer Service & Satisfaction is our goal!  We guarantee all of our items to be Brand New in original packaging and First Quality unless otherwise stated.

 

Return Policy

We sincerely apologize for our rather strict policies but due the nature of our business and past fraud, we've had to enforce these policies as we are not part of a large conglomerate. We do our very best to provide as much information about our items as we possibly can and encourage you to ask as many questions as you'd like prior to purchase. We are more than happy to work with you in any way we can!

Due to the nature of our business, we ask that requests for return be made within two (2) days of receipt. We must be notified  prior to return for approval and to provide return shipping information. Please send us an email as a reply to our order confirmation, with your request. We will welcome your return within two (2) weeks of your receipt. Refunds will be made for the cost of the item less a restock fee of 25%.  We will no longer provide return labels for any item regardless of the reason for return.

All returned items must be in their original purchase condition, unopened including the original product packaging, manufacturer's tags, inserts and labels in tact, and returned in the original condition as received. All packaging and items must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. We apologize, but we are unable to issue a refund for returns that do not meet these requirements and can not take responsibility for "assumptions," so please ask as many questions as need be prior to purchase!
 

IMPORTANT NOTES:  

 

We are unable to accept returns shipped to an unconfirmed address or those shipped outside the Continental U.S. 

 

Items that are not returnable include:

All Big Bottom Drawer stock, including Stock Odds, Irregulars and Collectibles, as well as items that are missing original labels and inserts or have been washed, mishandled and/or altered in any way after receipt.

Items returned without prior notice or that do not meet return requirements, will not be returned nor will payment be refunded.  We are happy to work with you in any way we can so please communicate with us. We take great pride in our customer service!
