Customer Guarantee

Customer Service & Satisfaction is our goal!  We guarantee all of our items to be Brand New in original packaging and First Quality unless otherwise stated.

 

Return Policy 

We sincerely apologize for our rather strict policies but due the nature of our business and past fraud, we've had to enforce these policies as we are not part of a large conglomerate. We do our very best to provide as much information about our items as we possibly can and encourage you to ask as many questions as you'd like prior to purchase. We are more than happy to work with you in any way we can!

We will welcome your return within two (2) weeks of your receipt. Due to the nature of our business, we require requests for return be made within two (2) days of receipt. We must be notified  prior to return for approval and to provide return shipping information. Please send us an email with your request. Refunds will be made for the cost of the item less a restock fee of 25%.  We will no longer be able to provide return labels for any item regardless of the reason for return.

All returned items must be in their original purchase condition, unopened including the original product packaging, manufacturer's tags, inserts and labels in tact, and returned in the original condition as received. All packaging and items must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. We apologize, but we are unable to issue a refund for returns that do not meet these requirements and can not take responsibility for "assumptions," so please ask as many questions as need be prior to purchase!
 

No Returns Items shipped to an unconfirmed address or those shipped outside the Continental U.S.

No ReturnsBig Bottom Drawer Stock Odds, Irregulars and Collectibles as well as items in our Fabric

            Bureau including Remnants and Tools.

 No ReturnsItems that have been removed from packaging and/or washed.


Items returned without prior notice or that do not meet return requirement, will not be returned or money refunded.  We are happy to work with you in any way we can so please communicate with us. We take great pride in our customer service!
