Return Policy
We sincerely apologize for our rather strict policies but due the nature of our business and past fraud, we've had to enforce these policies as we are not part of a large conglomerate. We do our very best
to provide as much information about our items as we possibly can and encourage you to ask as many questions as you'd like prior to purchase. We are more than happy to work with you in any way we can!
IMPORTANT NOTES:
We are unable to accept returns shipped to an unconfirmed address or those shipped outside the Continental U.S.
Items that are not returnable include:
All comforters, Big Bottom Drawer stock, including Stock Odds, Irregulars and Collectibles, as well as items that have been washed, mishandled and/or altered in any way after receipt. Please be sure to read our policies on comforters.
We are happy to cancel an order prior to filling/shipping and issue a refund in the amount of the order less the transaction fee associated with the transaction by PayPal.
PayPal recently issued a new policy stating that the transaction fee associated with an order is non-refundable. The fee therefore, becomes the responsibility of the party initiating cancellation. For this reason we ask that you pay close attention to the number of items
available for purchase with each item. If an order is placed above the IN STOCK quantity and we are asked to cancel the order due to lack of availability or for any other reason, the transaction fee will be deducted from the amount of the refund. At this time, the transaction fee
